Monday I've met with my client and we went over Big Picture framework. One of the lessons, I've learned from the previous capstone is that "selling" your framework, letting the client understand on what basis you choose the firm's core competency (or anything else) is imperative. We had some discussions over BP and the online retailing industry. Overall, it went well. We found the sweet spot of the industry and analyzed where is the firm now and where it should be. It was a productive meeting as I became more clear about the market and where the firm stands. He is also more clear about the modules I'll provide and what they mean. I'll admit that he is a quick learner but had difficult time to fully understand BP and how it will function in online retailing industry. After liking their FB page I've realized that they still don't have any Pinterest account and I couldn't wait for the end of quarter to propose him that. Fortunately, they've started it but they are a little bit late. That's ok because people started to follow them already. We both are very excited about the survey and the results we'll have. We are hoping to get as many people as we can to participate in our survey. His biggest question in mind is that "why people don't shop online? ". My biggest question is: how am I going to reach/ find 35+ year-old female participants? StyleZen's facebook page is not going to be enough but what else?
I want to wrap up with another beautiful vacation spot Marmaris :) Have a wonderful and productive week.
Think of what else your target market does. What brands would they be following on twitter? What grocery stores do they shop at? What are their hobbies? Do they go to the gym? :)

Thanks for the suggestions Roniqua. Never thought of their grocery stores or the gym they go to but you are totally right :)
