So this capstone experience will definitely be one to remember. For all the upcoming capstone student's, I have 4 points of advice I'd like to pass along. First, really be engaged with your project and have fun with it. Almost make it your own. It's a process but when you enjoy what you're working on, it'll be a lot easier to look for ways to help your client. Secondly, be ready to COMMUNICATE. Communication is key to being successful in the capstone. Communicating with your client, partner, Drew, and any external help you need to make this process go smoothly. Take initiative and reach out when you need help. Trust me, you'll need help. Third point, be flexible and ready to adapt to changes. There will be a lot of ambiguity throughout the capstone so be ready to change for the betterment of the project. Fourth and final point, manage your time wisely. This capstone will creep up on you if you're not being mindful of it. It's best to establish a clear direction from your client early on and always be doing something to work towards your deliverables. Trust the process and good luck.
